We’ve got an offer…

…and a sick baby boy.

Saturday night, we finally received an offer on the condo (YAY!)…and that’s pretty cool! The buyer accepted our counter-offer and hopefully the rest are details. Not sure I’ll be buying before selling again; that’s just a little too much unnecessary stress for me.

We took the little man over to the doc yesterday because he had a fever and nice cough. Doc mentioned bronchialitis; let’s hope there’s no infection or any other gross stuff.

C. David has motivated us Ensors to set some goals, so that’s what we’re gonna do! First comes the health improvements; we’ll see what comes next. Thanks for the examples, C. David!
