How time goes quickly by…

Four years ago,being married and having a family was a dream! I was 2 days away from marrying the man of my dreams, and I’d have never guessed that this is how our life would have turned out just 4 years later. Yet here we are. We are still very happily married, we have two beautiful little boys, I’m a stay at home mom and I drive a mini van . This is everything I have dreamed of, and honestly it’s a dream I never would have thought would have come true.

We’ll be celebrating our 4th anniversary (which is actually the 23rd) on Friday with a nice dinner out sans kiddos. Something that doesn’t happen very often. We won’t know what to do without ordering an extra plate of chicken and fries and then picking them up off the floor before we leave…for once we’ll get to leave a more “normal” tip, instead of over tipping the poor waiter who has to clean up the mess once we leave. (Don’t worry, I wouldn’t change these toddler-hood days for the world, but lets be honest, going out to dinner and eating in peace will be fantastic!).

Dave would tell you the same, that he’s as happy as ever (right, honey???) and that while toddler-hood pretty much consumes us, we’re still a very happily married couple who loves each other more than we did the day we got married!
