Showers on a Sunny Day

Today was a big day for my sister, Amber. We showered her with food and gifts in a lemon themed bridal shower. We had a great time and she received some great gifts to start off her domesticated wife-hood. We had the shower at her church and got the chance to meet many people she goes to church with, as well as meet up with old high school friends. It was a great day.

Now the countdown begins. Amber and Joel will be married on September 6th! Only a few short weeks to go. And of course, their wedding will be enhanced with the cutest little ring bearers ever. I may be a bit biased, but can you blame me?!

The fact that her wedding is only about 6 weeks away reminds me of the fact that my oldest baby will be 3 in only about 7 weeks! AH! Where has the time gone?! I can’t believe it!
