Update on the boys:

Mason had his bi-annual allergy check-up downtown Cincinnati at Cincy Childrens Hospital on Friday. According to his skin test, he still has all the same food allergies (Milk, Egg, Peanut and Tree Nut). As we’ve learned in previous tests and challenges, his skin tests are not accurate depictions of their severity, just whether or not the allergies actually still exist. In this case, they still do, unfortunately. We went ahead and had the blood workup done on him to see the exact level of severity. They will compare these numbers to last time to see if there has been a change in the level of allergy. That takes 7-10 days.

On Friday afternoon, we also took Brody to the doctor for his 18 month check up! I can’t believe he’s that old. At 34 inches tall (75th percentile) and 26 pounds (50th percentile), he’s growing quite well and is on track to be a tall kiddo! He’s healthy and the doctor was impressed that he’s out of his crib and successfully sleeping in his big boy bed. He’s also talking a ton and is a very active and lovable toddler.

We ordered the boys outfits for Auntie Am’s wedding next month. They are going to be the ring bearers. And let’s face it, they’ll be the cutest little ring bearers around!
