Booger, out!!!

This has been the phrase I’ve repeatedly heard over and over for weeks now. Poor Brody just can not get well. First it was the family round of bronchitis. Then came the colds, stomach bugs, laryngitis and runny nose yet again. It’s been over 3 weeks of straight sickness for the poor little guy. I hope he gets over it soon. Only a mother can truly love a toddler with a snotty face who runs at her yelling “booger, out!!” in a plea for her to wipe his nose.

We had our first family Christmas party this past weekend and the boys picked up some good loot from their cousins and great grandparents. We all had a good time enjoying yummy food, family time and presents!

On Monday night, we celebrated Uncle Joel’s birthday a few days early. Uncle Joel was born on Christmas day, so we make a special day for him each year to have to himself… filled with a family dinner and of course, presents!

One of these days, I’ll bust out that really nice, expensive camera we recently bought and actually use it and post pictures. You see, in the midst of getting two toddlers along with myself ready, getting bags together and whatever else I need, I often fail to remember to grab the camera. One day I’ll remember… one day!
