Children’s Museum

After we went to the Dinosaur Exhibit, we headed across the hall to the Duke Energy Children’s Museum. This place is fantastic. They have places where the kids can explore in water, climb through a giant play area, look at fossils, bugs, and other creatures, real-life play centers (child size kitchens, nurseries, etc) as well as many cultural stations and so much more. It’s an amazing place for kids who love to explore. We only went for an hour or so, but the kids loved it so much, we came home with an annual pass. It’s much better than I remember it from so many years ago.

The boys had a great time and we’re looking forward to gong back!
