Busy, Busy!
We’re still around. We’ve been really busy the last few weeks, but not with anything overly exciting. Our weeks are filled with trips to Cincy Museum Center, Cincy Zoo, Kings Island, play dates and various church activities. Dave and I are starting to get active in our youth department on Wednesday’s and the boys are getting into weekly classes as well. Mason recently started attending Mission Friends- a mission class for pre-schoolers- during our time with the youth. And while Brody is still technically “nursery age” since he’s 2, he’s often the only one there so they bump him on over to Mission friends too! I can’t believe my babies are big enough for classes! They love going to church whenever they can. Right now it’s Sunday, Wednesday and Friday nights. We attend an awesome small group book/Bible study on Friday’s that is engaging and thought provoking. Our days are filled and we spend a lot of time doing fun and exciting things.
We’re ready for summer. Mason is signed up for a Safety Town this summer which is a week-long, 2 hour day camp for kids 3-5 to learn about safety and such. They get to drive little cars, meet police men and firemen, take field trips and do all sorts of fun things! I know he’s going to love it. We don’t have any vacations planned as of yet, so who knows what we’ll be up to.
I’m still really busy with school and until May of next year when I graduate, I really am non-stop with only a break at Christmas! Distance learning is a little different than in-class learning. There’s no spring break or anything of the like. I really am enjoying it though. I love what I’m learning and can’t wait to put it in to use.
So that’s all for now! We’re deciding on whether to head to the pool tonight or to Kings Island! Enjoy your weekend!
