An update on the Ensor crew..
Well, it’s time to keep you posted on the Ensors!
Dave- Well, he’s working HARD these days! He has is own website development business that’s really taking off! He currently has 9 websites going, including personal ones for a New york Jests player, a couple Cincy Bengals, and throw in some surgeons and lawyers and he’s a busy guy! It’s a very exciting time! He’s getting ready to start his first semester of teaching at MU in the school of business as well as continuing his work up in Oxford in IT services as well. Busy busy!
Me- well, I’m starting my LAST year of school. Can you see the light at the end of the tunnel?!?! I can!!! only 9 classes left and I’ll have my Bachelors in Psychology and Christian Counseling in May, 2010. I’m not sure when I’m going to put it to use or if I’m heading on to grad school, so I’m playing all that by ear. It really depends on some upcoming (and very exciting) things that our little family will be doing!!! As far as my RA, I got word this week that my last MRI showed that the chemo isn’t working and the damage to my joints is getting worse, so after 11 weeks of that dreaded stuff, we’re going to stop it for a while and move on to plan B. I’m still waiting to hear exactly what plan B is from my team of docs. So we’ll see.
Mason- We’ve got his 4th birthday party all planned out! We’re having a cook out at Grandma Sharon and Pappaw Bruce’s house. Should be a blast! Mason is also getting ready for pre-school. He picked out his first little bookbag at the Kids Gap and it’s adorable. He can’t wait for school. We meet his teacher on Sept 1 and the first day of school in the 8th. On the 21st of this month, we head back down to Children’s for a total workup on him regarding his allergies so we know where things stand. I’m confident that they are getting better. I’m hoping that I’m not just getting my hopes up- which I tend to do before every appointment. I’m anxious to know where we stand.
Brody- well, he’s just a fun little kid! He’s learning how to swim and is showing interest in potty training. He loves playing and reading books. He’s our easy going kiddo with no real excitement in his life..haha. Nothing major to report on him!
So that’s what’s up with us individually. Keep checking in on us as the next few months are going to bring about some exciting news and more exciting things to follow on us! If you want a little sneak preview, feel free to jump over to another site I have going just for early journaling before we start putting it up on here!
